แถลงการณ์แดงสยาม ฉบับที่ ๓
เรื่อง จุดยืนของขบวนประชาธิปไตยภายหลังการปราบปรามประชาชน ๑๐ เมษายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓
พวกเราผู้สนับสนุนแนวทางแดงสยามทุกคนขอร่วมแสดงความเสียใจอย่างลึกซึ้งต่อการเสียชีวิตของมวลชนฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยทุกท่าน เป็นจำนวนไม่ต่ำกว่า ๑๕ คน ด้วยอาวุธสงครามหลายประเภทที่่ศัตรูของฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยนำมาใช้ ตลอดจนผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บทางกายและทางใจ เมื่อคืนวันเสาร์ที่ ๑๐ เมษายน พ.ศ.๒๕๕๓ และขอแสดงความเสียใจต่อการเสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บของทหารหลายนาย ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับคำสั่งอันไม่ชอบธรรมให้มาปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้
แดงสยามชูธงปฏิวัติประชาธิปไตยโดยสันติตลอดมา เราจึงขอเรียกร้องให้ทุกฝ่ายอดทนอดกลั้นไม่ส่งเสริมความรุนแรงในรูปแบบใดๆ อีกต่อไป และเราขอประณามการใช้อาวุธสงครามและอาวุธใดๆ ในคืนนั้นโดยสิ้นเชิง
เราเห็นว่าการแก้ไขวิกฤติการเมืองขณะนี้ต้องกระทำในระดับโครงสร้างและด้วยการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบอบการปกครองของประเทศ ข้อเรียกร้องใดๆ ที่เล็กไปกว่านี้ ย่อมไม่สอดคล้องต่อขนาดของปัญหา และสภาพการณ์ในปัจจุบัน รังแต่จะสร้างเงื่อนไขแห่งความรุนแรงยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคตเท่านั้น

The Announcement of Dang Sayam (Red Siam) No. 3
“Our Standpoint In The Aftermath of Government’s Suppression of April 10, 2010”
All supporters of the path of Dang Sayam (Red Siam) wish to express our utmost grief and sorrow to the perished lives of people who fought for democracy, no less than 15 of them, and who were hit by heavy artilleries and battlefield weapons used by the enemies of Thailand’s democratization on Saturday, April 10, 2010, and also to the injured, both physically and mentally. We also express our regret to the loss of some military personnels, who were forced to execute some illegitimate orders of operation.
All along, Dang Sayam flies the flag firmly at the peaceful democratic revolution. We thus ask all sides to stop encouraging any trend of violence, whatsoever. We condemn vehemently at the use of heavy weaponry and other kinds.
We are certain that the resolve of Thailand’s political crisis must be done at a structural level and through the drastic change of our political regime. Any lesser demands will not fit the size of the problem and current situation. Such inadequate demands will only enhance future violence.
This is announced on Monday, April 12 of 2010.
